New, unopened items may be returned within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the merchandise cost only (we are unable to reimburse shipping costs). Only items purchased from the Ron Blue Institute (RBI) may be returned. Items must be returned in unused/unmarked/sellable condition. If the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item) we will refund your return shipping charges.

You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of RBI receipt of returned package.

Any return that does not comply with the above policy may be rejected or may be subject to a restocking fee, at our discretion.
